Elsewhere, fees go far away and never come back. At ZiYou, part of them goes back into your wallet.
ZiYou was launched between France and Portugal. Our choice: 0% fees for hosts, the total price shown to guests, and part of the fees going back to the community.

People often discover ZiYou through someone they know. Part of the fees also goes back to that person.
The total price, right away
Service fee and tourist tax included in the price shown, based on your dates and number of guests. The wallet conditions are published.
Local rules
A registration number is requested from every host. Tourist tax collected and paid to the local authorities.
Honest reviews
Host and guest review each other without seeing the other's review. Both reviews are published together.
Part of the fees goes back to the community.
After each stay, part of the service fee goes back into your wallet, and into the wallets of the people who introduced you to ZiYou. Free of charge, each amount valid for 18 months.
